Is it possible to run a programme for 7000 participants with only 100 people? Well, don’t know, but we think so and we will try…
Our 100 IST’s have gone through a very intense training programme and are running their first modules these days.
The training offered modules concerning Customer Care, Presentation Skills, The Role Of The Facilitator and hands-on modules of the programme activities. Three people from our team (Johanna, Bogdan and Tore) created this awesome training programme and the support for it and then trained 20 other experienced trainers from Germany, Danmark and the World Scout Bureou in running it. Then, these 20 people delivered the training to the 100 ISTs in all the different topics and in just 8 hours 100 scouts were ready to run the IST Experience Programme for the other 7000 ISTs.
